Shipping:
Orders are shipped by via UPS. Due to product upgrades, shipping locations,
and dimensional weight on some items, it is impossible for the cart to figure
out exact shipping charges 100% off the time. If by chance the cart calculates incorrect shipping charges,
we will contact you prior to processing your order. Some items such as fluorescent
lamps are based on dimensional weight, additional shipping charges will be applied.
Out of Stock Items:
From time to time, stock shortages may occur. If an item is out of stock, we
will backorder the product unless instructed not to. When the item arrives,
we will ship it to you at no additional cost.
Returns:
Need to return an item? You may return any item as long
as it meets the following conditions:
- The product has not been used.
- The product is in the original box and/or packaging
that is resalable and not damaged.
- The product is accompanied by all its original paperwork,
instructions, warranty cards, and accessories.
- The product was purchased within the last 30 days.
- Clearance items are not returnable.

Please fill out the Return Merchandise Request Form. We are not responsible
for return postage costs. We suggest insuring your package, as we cannot be
responsible if the product arrives to us damaged. Any item not exchanged for
another item may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Books, clearance items,
and special orders are not returnable. Please allow 3-4 weeks for a refund.
Defective Item:
Be sure to read the manufacturers warranty on any product you purchase. Most
manufacturers prefer to deal directly with the end user on any warranty issues.
If you find an item to be defective, please fill out our RMA Request Form
.
Damaged Shipments:
PLEASE inspect every shipment upon receipt. If your merchandise arrives damaged,
immediately notify us before returning it or contacting UPS. All parcels are
insured, so keep all original packaging and shipping boxes in case an inspection
is required. Arrangements can then be made to send a replacement item. All damage
claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the package. Any claim made
over 7 days may be out of our control, so please inspect your shipment
immediately upon delivery. If you have purchased lamps to use at a later date,
we advise testing them immediately when receiving them.
Price and/or Description Changes:
All pricing, pictures and descriptions on this site and our catalog
are subject to change with out notice. AquaDirect
maintains no responsibility for inadvertent errors.
Best Price Guarantee:
We will not be undersold! We will meet or beat any competitor's price on any
of our stock items. If you find an item at a better price, include the link
in the comment section when checking out and we will beat it!
